The 49204018000D is the feedshaft with rubber overmold assembly for Diebold Opteva AFD dispensers. This shaft sits at the cassette throat and rotates to pull individual notes from the cash cassette into the dispenser feed path. The rubber overmold provides the grip needed to separate a single note from the stack — too little friction and you get no-pick, too much (from a worn, hardened rubber surface) and you get double-picks.

This is one of the highest-replacement-frequency parts in the entire Opteva platform. The rubber surface degrades with every dispense cycle — it hardens from heat cycling inside the ATM vault, collects paper dust, and loses its friction coefficient.
