ATM Parts Factory Tour: MicroLinkpro Manufacturing, Rebuilt Parts and Quality Testing

When you buy ATM spare parts, the difference between a trading company and a manufacturer shows up fast. A trader forwards your email. A manufacturer opens the mold, runs the CNC, and tests the board before it ever leaves the floor.

That is how we work.

Integrated Production Under Direct Control

MicroLinkpro runs its own production network across South China’s Pearl River Delta – the densest electronics manufacturing region in the world. These are not loosely affiliated workshops. They are facilities we directly manage for quality, scheduling, and output.

One line running a NCR dispenser rebuild. Another handling Diebold cassette frames. A third on Hyosung control boards. We do not queue. We run in parallel.

The Rebuilt Program – What Most Suppliers Cannot Do

OEM parts are straightforward. Refurbished parts are cleaned and resold – the bottom tier.

In between sits our rebuilt program: components disassembled to the screw, every wear item inspected and replaced – belts, rollers, sensors, springs. Housings and structural metal are retained. Everything that wears gets new parts.

The result: a component that performs like new, at a fraction of OEM cost, with a warranty we stand behind. This requires a factory floor, a test bench, and people who have been inside NCR, Diebold, Wincor, and Hyosung machines for years. We have all three.

Four Production Zones

Mold Design and Tooling NCR cassette housings. Diebold card reader bezels. Hyosung dispenser guides. Every plastic part starts with a mold, and our tooling engineers design and cut them in-house. No subcontractor delay.

CNC Machining and Metal Fabrication Wincor brackets. Diebold guides. NCR chassis frames. Hyosung roller shafts. Metal parts go through CNC centers, grinding machines, and stamping presses. Cut. Deburr. Surface finish. Dimensional check.

Electronic Assembly and Testing NCR control boards. Diebold PIN pads. Wincor sensors. Hyosung card reader assemblies. Every board gets functional verification. Every PIN pad is tested for key response and encryption handshake. No exceptions.

Testing and Quality Control

QC inspectors work in-process, not just at the end. Hourly checks during a production run catch drift before it becomes a batch problem. Final inspection covers electrical parameters, mechanical fit, and visual quality.

Batch traceability is maintained – we track production dates, machine centers, and QC sign-offs for every production lot.

Production processes align with ISO9001-certified manufacturing practices. Components comply with CE and RoHS requirements. Certifications available upon request.

Equipment

Every facility runs a standard roster:

  • CNC machining centers
  • High-speed injection molding machines
  • Hydraulic stamping presses
  • Environmental test chambers (temperature, humidity, vibration)
  • Automated PCB assembly and testing stations

Maintenance is preventive, not reactive. Tools are calibrated on a fixed cycle against traceable standards.

The Team

Equipment does not build parts. People do.

  • Senior technicians: 10 to 23 years in ATM component manufacturing
  • Tooling engineers: molds designed for NCR, Diebold, Wincor, and Hyosung parts
  • QC inspectors: trained on ATM-specific acceptance criteria
  • Warehouse and logistics: managing 10,000+ SKUs

Our CTO has been diagnosing ATM hardware at the component level for 23 years. A legacy NCR dispenser module comes in for rebuild – he knows what fails first, why, and whether the fix needs a design improvement or just fresh materials. That knowledge accumulates repair by repair over decades.

Inventory: 10,000+ SKUs In Stock

Our 3,000 square meter warehouse is structured to cut that wait time:

  • 10,000+ unique part SKUs: NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Wincor, Hyosung, Fujitsu, Glory, GRG, and others
  • High-turnover parts kept in reserve quantities
  • Legacy parts for discontinued models: separate buffer stock
  • Orders picked within hours of confirmation
